WHERE ARE YOUR GOWNS AVAILABLE TO SEE IN PERSON? 

Currently, Our collection(s) are only available on the CheayRochelle Website. We are currently researching showrooms to collaborate with in order to showcase our collection(s). At the moment, we are not accepting custom-made orders or face-to-face appointments. Scheduling a zoom online consultation can be done by sending us an email (sales.cheayrochelle@gmail.com).

CAN YOU DO CUSTOMIZATIONS? 

Customization on order will not be accepted at this time only in some cases such as Bridal Gowns. After a consultation is conducted and the Designer is granted full range of creating and designing a gown from scratch, customizations may be accommodated. We strongly want to have full control over custom designs  immediately opt out of clients requesting a duplicated garment based off another artist work. Please understand this requirement, and legal concerns.

WHERE ARE YOUR GOWNS MADE ?

Our garments are produced in Brooklyn, New York. We produce 100% of our gowns in our own studio. CheayRochelle is a extremely small team, hence why we ask that orders are placed in a timely fashion to allow production time. We are currently seeking nearby local special occasion seamstress/ small manufactures to build our team. 

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR GOWNS MADE OF ? 

Our gowns are typically composed of a wide variety of satins, chiffons, taffetas, beaded laces blend of rayon, nylon, cotton or synthetics depending on the garment.

WHAT SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES DOES CHEAYROCHELLE USE?

We produce our garments one at a time by the designer. Creating made-to-order gowns minimizes over-production, surplus inventory, and waste compared to mass production.

All of our scraps are recycled and used to create our accessories such as facemask, Tote Bags, and Bucket Hats styles. We also use our scrapes for out swatch books and Fashion Portfolio. We try our best not to waste any of our fabrics.

DO YOU EVER HAVE SALES/DISCOUNTS? 

We do offer sales and discounts on items that had an extreme run time and leading into discontinuation. We may offer a discount on items where the cost of material has decreased, or we are preparing to release a new collection. 

CAN I  RENT YOUR GOWNS?

Certain garments can be issued out for rent regarding publication/ professional photoshoots. This offer is only available to creditable Fashion/Commercial Photographers, Wedding Planners and Fashion Stylists only). ARE YOU ON YOUTUBE?

We wanted a way to fully engage with our customers and viewers to show how us of our garments are created. CheayRochelle puts the definition in "Handmade". The designer started a YouTube channel called " The Seams Channel" late in 2020 during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She wanted to show how you can still be productive and share her life as an independent designer to the world Fashion/ Vlog style.
