Q: How do I measure myself?

Q: Do you provide alteration services?

A: Cheay Rochelle does not offer alterations services. We recommend each customer that places an order on our site to hire a local tailor who has a background in Bridal wear and Evening wear garments.

Q: Do you offer specific measurements for each item?

A: We provide specific measurements for all our gowns; followed by out standard size guide.  Look for these on gown product pages. You may also reference our general fit guide.

Q: Which designers do you carry?

A: We only carry Cheay Rochelle garments and separates and accessories. 

Q: How often do new designs post on our website?

A: Due to all designs being produced handmade one by one, we post new products at least once a month. Our Bridal  collections typically arrive in April and October (yearly).

Q: Made to Order. What does that mean?

A: Majority of our garments are carefully crafted upon order. We advertised our gowns for purchase as a sample display. When you place an order and payments are cleared, our small team will start the construction of your item to ship. We do not carry quantity of one item, as we are do not have any manufacturing partnerships at this time.

Q: How long does it take to receive a made to order gown?

A: Timing varies by gown, but please allow up to 8-10 weeks. We highly recommend to order your garments 3-4 months before wedding date. Evening Wear garments allow 3-4 Weeks.

PAYMENT, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

A: Due to all garments being Handmade / Made to Order we strongly do not accept return or exchange your gown.

Q: Do I pay for my gown at the time of ordering? Or do you accept partial payment?

A: You must pay the entire cost of in-stock gowns at the time you place your order. You will see an authorization charge at the time you place your order. Authorization charges will be dropped, and your credit card will be charged the full amount as soon as your gown has shipped.

Q: What are shipping prices and what is your delivery time-frame?

A: Items will arrive with a USPS Ground label in your shipment.

All gowns require an additional shipping charge of $15. (This is noted on the product page of each gown.) Shipping charges vary for delivery outside the U.S

$25 to $50 = $4.95

$51 to $200 = $6.95

$201 to $450 = $8.95

$451 to $500 = $9.95

$501 and $1000 = $10.95  

$1001 and $3000 = $15.95


Q: How will the gown be shipped? Is there a signature required upon receipt?

A: Your gown will be shipped via USPS. We do not require a signature upon receipt of the package. You will receive tracking information when your item is shipped.

Q: Where is the Cheay Rochelle stores located?

A: Currently we are online based only.

Q: What size are your sample gowns?

A: We typically have samples in sizes 6 and 8, but it varies by style.
